The challenge
The centre handled applications, evaluations, session planning and follow-up across six provinces in separate files. Applicants had no place to see their status and the region had no consolidated view.
What I built
Three role-based spaces (applicant, province administrator, regional direction) on Django. Applications are scored on six criteria and followed with 69 tracking criteria. Dashboards show projects by province on a map and in charts, agricultural weather comes from Open-Meteo, and the interface is bilingual with right-to-left Arabic. The visual identity uses a Moroccan zellige pattern and tricolour band.
The outcome
A complete, deployable platform. The live demo runs on fictional data (104 projects), so it can be explored and discussed with prospective clients.
