The challenge
Courier customers fill in sender and recipient details at the counter. As volume grew, waiting time per customer reached 5 to 20 minutes.
What I built
A JavaFX application connected to an Oracle database. The agent fills one form, the system generates the courier tag with a QR code, and stores client details so repeat customers are not retyped. A statistics page shows volume.
The outcome
Built for the Post Maroc IT team as the replacement for the manual counter process.
