The idea
Delivery companies track parcels in spreadsheets and phone calls. Customers ask where their parcel is, and operations cannot see delays until a customer complains.
What I built
Public tracking by number, customer accounts to create and follow shipments, and an administrator area with orders, customers, analytics and a live fleet map streamed over WebSockets. A built-in simulator moves trucks and parcels so the demo behaves like a real operation. Privacy follows Moroccan Law 09-08: the public page hides recipient data and the live truck position is only shown to the parcel owner.
The result
A working platform that shows what a small carrier gets from one system. The original team earned 2nd place at Open Source Days 12.
